The Prinsengracht Hotel boasts a great location right on a canal, often described as within easy walking distance of many attractions, with the Rijksmuseum being approximately a 19-minute walk according to some guests. Breakfast is another highlight, with a rich and delicious buffet including options like bacon, eggs, pancakes, and fresh fruit salad. Some guests have mentioned that street-facing rooms can be a little noisy, so bringing earplugs might be a good idea for light sleepers. many appreciate having access to a beautiful outdoor terrace area with tables and chairs, which adds to the experience.

the receptionist attitude really bothered me. they didn't offer a solution or show much empathy, this made a difficult situation even worse. plus, the room had a strange smell, i could not identify the type of smell but it was a bad experience.
